To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return merchandise to FAIKE within one week (7 days) of the date of receipt. All merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, authenticity card (when applicable), and must be in perfect, saleable condition with the original packaging attached. All returns must obtain an approved RMA number, and must include that RMA number with the returned package. To receive an RMA number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to refuse any returns without an RMA number. Please note, you will be refunded the full amount less our shipping charge.
FAIKE will not issue a refund for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will be denied. If your returned merchandise is not accepted, for reasons we deem appropriate, you will be notified via email to the email address you provided during checkout. Within one week (7 days) of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund, you will have the ability to request that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost.
Shipping charges incurred for online returns are non-refundable. You are free to use your own return services at your discretion. We recommend you use a service with tracking and insurance.
FAIKE does not accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased on faike.com.
Once we receive your returned package, you will be sent an email notifying you that we have received your return. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. Should your return be accepted, the credit will be placed (less shipping) on the original form of payment within 8 business days of receipt, and should appear on your next statement.
If for some reason your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that is requested outside of the 2 business day time period.
FAIKE does not accept exchanges, other than the specific circumstances detailed above.

At this time faike.com does not ship internationally. If you are an international customer that is very interested in a particular item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try our best to sort it out for you.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and usually take 1 business day to process, and be shipped. The estimated time for delivery on the cart & checkout page does not take into account this order processing day. Please add the additional business day to best estimate your date of order delivery. Should you require your order in a short time frame, please choose the expedited (Express) shipping method, or feel free to contact email@example.com to find the most suitable delivery service for your needs.
FAIKE uses FedEx to ship all online orders.
Ground delivery service of 4 to 7 business days. This is a free option for all faike.com purchases.
FedEx 2 Day
Delivery service of 2 business days. This express option must be paid for by the customer.
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes.

Changing An Order
At the end of the checkout process you will be given a chance to review all of the details of your order before officially placing it. Please ensure that this page is correct and has the correct styles, colors, and sizes that you desire. Your order will not be placed until you click 'submit order' and see a confirmation page. If you want to change your order after your order has been confirmed please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email you specified during the checkout process. The confirmation will contain a receipt of your order. Confirmation emails generally arrive within 1 - 6 hours of placing your order.
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, you may have difficulty placing your order.
When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the postal/zip code, city and state/province are correct. If this information does not match FedEx records, we may need to contact you to confirm. This may result in a delay to your order.
Canceling an Order
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered our shipping process.
